Che cos’è
Urban Housing Coop.net
Urban Housing Coop.net è un network di soggetti cooperativi e del terzo settore promosso dalla Cooperativa CooperToscana.
Il network opera nel campo dell’abitare, inteso come elemento chiave di benessere, inclusione, coesione sociale, partecipazione e sostenibilità.
L’esperienza è iniziata nel 2020 quando il gestore sociale degli interventi di housing sociale del Fondo Housing Toscano ha avviato la costruzione di una rete di soggetti del terzo settore per sperimentare un modello di welfare abitativo chiamato “Abito in community” in tre housing sociali dell’area metropolitana fiorentina attraverso il programma “Fai la casa giusta” cofinanziato da Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze.
Dal 2023 il network, in costante crescita, lavora per replicare e scalare la sperimentazione con il programma “Verso l’Urban Housing”, un nuovo modo di abitare la città in cui comunità abitate collaborative, cooperative e terzo settore agiscono insieme per produrre servizi integrativi all’abitare, presidiare e animare il quartiere migliorando la qualità della vita.
